Using Seocheck-AI means you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using the service.
What the service does
Seocheck-AI performs automated, read-only HTTP checks against the public surface of a website you submit, looking for common security, SEO and performance issues. The result is a report sent by email and accessible via a unique link. The service is provided "as is" without any warranty that every issue will be detected or that recommendations will fit every site.
Acceptable use
You may submit only websites you own or have explicit permission to audit. You may not use Seocheck-AI to:
- Probe, scan or test sites you do not have authorization to assess.
- Automate, scrape or otherwise exceed reasonable usage of the service or its API.
- Submit content that is illegal, infringing or designed to harm others.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limiting or other security mechanisms.
Accounts and credits
Some features (advanced reports, additional checks) require an account and may be billed in credits. Credits are non-refundable once spent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for any activity performed under your account.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, code and content on seocheck-ai.com belong to Seocheck-AI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the reports we generate for your own internal purposes. You may not resell or rebrand the service or its output without written consent.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Seocheck-AI makes no guarantee that the audit will detect every vulnerability or SEO issue, nor that the suggested fixes will be suitable for every environment. You are responsible for verifying findings before acting on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seocheck-AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated or if the service is misused. You can stop using Seocheck-AI at any time by closing your account.
Changes to the service and terms
We may evolve the features and pricing of the service. We will update these terms when needed; continuing to use Seocheck-AI after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Seocheck-AI is operated. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
